Pillkin works without an account. There's no sign-up, no login, and we never ask for personal details. We run no servers — your data never reaches us.
None. Pillkin collects no name, email, phone, or similar identifier. There is no account system.
This lives only on your iPhone (and optionally Apple Watch); it is never sent to our servers.
If you enable iCloud backup in Settings → Data, your data is stored only in your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit). Pillkin cannot access it — it stays under your Apple account's control. Turning it off removes the data from iCloud.
Settings → Data → Share with family creates a private CloudKit share that runs entirely on Apple's iCloud infrastructure. We operate no servers and cannot see its contents. Only people you invite can access it; there is no public link.
If you grant access, Pillkin only reads your medication dose history from Apple Health to show it in the app. Pillkin does not write to Apple Health. Access is per-medication and you control it in the Health app. This data never reaches us.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They require no internet connection and never contact our servers.
If you buy Pillkin Pro, Apple processes your payment and our subscription-infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, records the purchase and its status so Pro can be unlocked and restored across your devices. This is limited to purchase data linked to an anonymous, app-generated identifier — never your name, email, or real-world identity. To measure our Apple Search Ads campaigns, an Apple-provided attribution token may be associated with a purchase; this is Apple's own first-party measurement, not cross-app tracking.
No third-party advertising SDKs and no IDFA. We don't link your data across other apps or sell it, and we run no behavioral analytics on how you use the app.
Pillkin is not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect data from no one, children included.
Settings → Data → "Delete all data" immediately and permanently removes all local data (and the iCloud backup if enabled).
